We are the Condominium Homeowners Association of Solitude Village. Although principally from the northeast states, other owners come from the mid-atlantic region including as far south as North Carolina. We all consider Ludlow and Okemo our second home. There are 137 individually owned residences among the 15 buildings. While the majority of our owners maintain their VT homes for personal use, some of our owners do rent out their homes, through Okemo Lodging and other agencies. Our community is one of three associations that make up the greater Solitude Village area and share a few common roadways and the recreation center. Our neighbors include the Day Lodge COA and the Solitude single family homeowners association.
While the ski season is when you’ll find the most activity in the Village, many of us also enjoy the other seasons as well, whether it be hiking, golf, biking, fishing or just being in the Green Mountains!
