Afternoon Solitude owners
A few reminders and updates:
Parking passes
Owner Parking passes We will be reusing the same hard plastic hanging passes, so please do not throw out any old ones; but we have changed the color of the owner passes to a light maroon ( see attached photo).
Guest / Overflow passes Are now here in our office
A new option & policy for picking up the parking passes and regarding deliveries of "small to medium sized items"
There is a interior vestibule at our shared space in the Mary W. Davis Realtors office in the Shaws Plaza
There is a keyless lock on that door, which will give you 24 hour access to pick up or drop off items ( hint 1996 was a good year if you were a Dallas Cowboys fan). This option is primarily designed ( with space limited) to exchange small to limited sized packages on an occasional basis
While I am generally in and out of the office 6+ days a week all winter, I do not maintain a 9-5 schedule, and it will be very important for owners to give me a heads up. It will also be important to time your deliveries to be close to your arrival date.
This vestibule is approx. 6 ' x 6' wide and there is a small stand with several holders for the smaller envelopes. This new option is not meant to be a Check-in / Check-out desk for the DIY rental owners
Owners who are expecting large packages or multiple medium sized packages still have the option to coordinate with Summit Solution for their services
Letters & packages being mailed should follow this format: Your owners name C/O Solitude Village HOA, Ludlow Shopping Plaza #2, Ludlow, VT. 05149
